Good review. It was one of the best and most memorable episodes of Dynamite. AEW has been better with its storytelling and this show came together perfectly. It was also impressive given that it was just three days after Forbidden Door. Jericho taught Hook and all of us an important lesson - Don’t play with fire, guys. You’ll get burned.

I think we don't get Britt vs Mone in singles just yet. I think they will be part of blood and guts. Mone will be the elite 5 member.

There were no Punk chants because all those fans are gone. They have successfully narrowed down things to just their base. Also another example of AEW killing off a genuine connection with the fans to feed a over-dramatic bucks angle.

I think Daniel Garcia struggles as a babyface because his moveset is very undefined, I can't tell you what his signature moves are or what his finisher is. His only spot that's over is the dance. Especially if you compare to Ospreay, who has very recognizable, flashy and well defined signature spots. For this reason, it never feels like a dream match when he's slotted against any other big name. I think he has a great potential future but he needs to build his moveset with the audience

Both of these ladies had CRAZY AURA. The women's division has come so far, and it's great to see. There's like 3 or 4 ongoing storylines that on all their top shows.

Awesome dynamite with the return of Britt Baker, AEW is red hot right now, they sold more than 900 tickets in 2 days after Britt’s return. That ending felt really good as well, Ospreay is pissed at MJF. Wembley will be stacked.

For the first time in this company's history, you really feel them peeking for their A show like a Wrestlemania. The 3 main events are basically set all dream scenarios. Even on the Toni Storm side, whether it's storyline-driven with May or even better with a returning home star in Hayter, that also fits the All In bill. MJF did need to be a face at the time, but thanks to O'Spready, we're in good hands with a more appropriate fit.

I loved Daddy Magic walking next to the stretcher telling Danny he was gonna call his mom for him. Especially since Danny have a shout-out to his mom last week when she was in the audience.

This was completely unexpected and done exceptionally well. Daniel Garcia has always been excellent as a tenacious fighter in the ring. He became increasingly popular with his dance and different iterations of his character and now this segment makes him feel special. His sobbing in the corner was great. And, as mentioned, MJF thrives in this role. Ospreay-MJF is perfect for the biggest show of the year at Wembley. Great work from Christopher Daniels too and Menard’s excessive bleeding helped to make it all perfectly overdramatic. This was a home run for AEW.

The person who sent feedback demanding Garcia vs MJF at Wembley struck me as the people screaming Jarrett MUST win the Owen. Time & place people. This angle was run in Chicago. When is AEW back? All Out. Two weeks after Wembley. That's when Garcia will get MJF. Maybe he makes a big return at Wembley to set it up. This time he costs MJF the match vs Ospreay on that show.

Every return from a major return youre a face and given that way for a short term until we get back to business which is MJF being super prime heel of AEW

This was a great segment. Love that they finally paired Mone with the Elite which they should continue and pair her with them The little touch of setting up the ring live on air while the opponent is in the ring. We usually come back from commercial and everything is set up. That was the best addition to get behind Britt more

Good performance by mjf but bad timing and bad target

I agree, Mercedes feels like a bigger star in the heel role. It suits her better.

The general consensus seems to be "Well, he's better in a heel role, so this is a good move." I guess we should ignore every storyline beat, every plot point, every relationship the character has had. Because it's better! Was it not possible for MJF to have been a babyface that acts like a dick? I just feel like nothing is ever followed up correctly in AEW.

I'm so checked out and out of the loop when it comes to AEW, I had no idea Garcia was even a babyface. But that aside, at least it's consistent storytelling with MJF; he all but said he was back to being an asshole in his comeback promo, and you can trace it back to him being betrayed by his best friend who had trusted. You could see a trajectory like this take place in a person in real life. MJF was traumatized by being betrayed by someone he liked, so now he says fuck it, and lashes out against everybody. I think it's good.

As for my thoughts about Dynamite's ending: I honestly thought it was the best ending to a Dynamite that I've ever seen. The MJF/Daniel Garcia closing angle was comparable to watching a Mafia drama villain take out his right-hand man in a fit of blind rage. You get the uneasy feeling throughout the whole thing that MJF's character hates what he's doing. He knows that what he's doing is wrong, but once he sees Garcia's blood and the blood of his former friend Matt Menard, he realizes that he can't take it back. So he doubles down on the brutality. He already has to bear the weight of this sin, so continuing the violence is only a desecration of the good memories he had with these people.

My thoughts about the news brief: This is such a weird, obscure nitpick, but I really miss when SmackDown had the exclamation point at the end on their logo and branding. Idk about y'all, but SmackDown sounded so much cooler to me when the cable guide and the logo would say *"Friday Night SmackDown!"*

MJF returning to his roots as a Heel might make for great AEW Television for the rest of the year. His run as a Babyface hit it's peak and a return to being a Heel is what he needed. Looks like he'll be facing Will Ospreay or Daniel Garcia at All In next month.

Jarrett should not have won. The whole point was to give sympathy to Jarrett's story and then the "evil" Hangman destroys him without mercy to build a new villain character

Or most of those fans dont watch AEW anymore and this is just the aew fanatics. (On no cmpunk chants)
